At Diva Bridal Boutique, we understand choosing the right boutique to help you plan your special event is an important decision. We hope the following answers to these frequently asked questions (FAQs) will help you decide and prepare you for your visit.

Q: Is Diva Bridal Boutique the “right” boutique for me?

When you visit our boutique, prepare to be wowed by our selection. We travel and invest internationally to bring our customers the very best designs in the Bridal, Mothers and Special Occasions industry. If you’re seriously looking for a gorgeous gown for your special event, we are the boutique for you. We will work tirelessly and find you your dream dress here.

If your preference is to come in, utilize our resources and obtain information, we recommend that you find another retailer that can better accommodate your needs.

Q: Would Diva Bridal provide the Designer Name and Style of the gown I love for me to take away?

At the conclusion of your visit, if you’re still undecided, we will gladly create and maintain a file to keep at the boutique for you to revisit in the near future. We do not provide any information for you to take away. Once you purchase the gown, details of your purchase, including the designer and style, will be provided on your copy of purchase receipt.

Q: May I take pictures or make videos while trying on gowns?

Although we do not allow photography nor videography in the salons while you’re shopping, you are welcome to take photos once you have purchased your gown. If you have an out-of-town immediate family member to include, please contact the boutique ahead of time to make arrangements.

Q: Do I need an appointment to shop for my dress?

Walk-ins are always welcome for wedding gown consultation. However, to avoid long wait times, and to ensure that we have a dressing room and a consultant available to dedicate to your needs, we strongly recommend making an appointment, especially during the weekend, when the boutique is busiest.

Bridesmaids

To ensure service availability, if your party is planning to visit on a weekend, please call the boutique directly ahead for an appointment at (416) 654-7667. There's no a need for an appointment to shop Bridesmaids' collection during a weekday.

For Mothers, Special Occasions

There’re no appointments needed to shop for Mothers, and / or Special Occasions dresses. We work on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please walk-in at your convenience. For best service, if possible, please come in during the weekdays, as weekends can be chaotic at the boutique with wait times and limited service. On Saturdays and Sundays, in order to best serve every customer, we have a 5- dresses-maximum try-on policy.

Q: What should I bring to my visit/appointment?

If you’ve been collecting pictures of gowns you love from our website, and/or magazines, we encourage you to bring them along. These are great references for us to find you your dream dress. You do not need to bring heels to try on dresses; platforms will be provided for you.

For Bridal Gown Consultations, our consultant will be attending to you at all times, including being in the dressing room with you to help you dress and undress. For your comfort, you may wish to bring a pair of tights and/or brassier (preferably nude-colored) to your session.

Most of all, bring an open mind and open heart, and prepare to find your gown!

Q: Who should I bring to my visit / appointment?

We suggest you bring close family members and/or friends who have your best interests in mind and whose opinions you value and trust. We recommend having no more than three people accompany you.

Q: Do you provide alterations service?

Yes! We have a team of highly skilled seamstresses to ensure the dress you purchased with us fits perfectly and look amazing for your big day. Alternatively, you are also welcome to bring the gown you purchased at our boutique elsewhere for tailoring.
